I have chosen to support OPERATION SMILE SOUTH AFRICA after reading about the truly inspirational efforts of two fellow South African runners from my home town of Cape Town who recently completed their second world first run, completing a 3300km run around the Southern African coastline This after they had made history in 2006, being the first people to run the length of the great wall of China in one attempt.
Both David Grier and Braam Malherbe's runs have been to raise money for OPERATION SMILE SOUTH AFRICA.
